Sadly, Toxic Boss behavior continues to be an issue in law enforcement. Because of this, law enforcement practitioners across the country encouraged me to update the original text. Toxic Boss Blues, 2nd Edition was published in the fall, 2024. The 2nd Edition contains 3 new chapters, as well as numerous revisions and updates.
